Customised rail power solutions
Rail power solutions are becoming finely tuned, to make sure you get the most efficient, reliable and sustainable power for your operation.
We understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to powering rail operations.
We offer a comprehensive range of solutions through Autronic that can be tailored to your specific needs, whether you are looking for an AC or DC solution, on-grid or off-grid power, or something in between.
Autronic have a wealth of experience finely tuning DC/DC converters to meet your requirements. This can be from a black box working in extreme temperatures to getting the maximum flow for your air conditioning system.
All of the DC/DC converters Autronic offer have high efficiency with a wide temperature range. This gives you the peace of mind that your system will be running at its best no matter what the conditions.
At full load, the technology provides a minimum of 10ms of hold up time and operates continuously. The systems may be programmed to switch to backup power seamlessly and without disruption in the case of a power outage.
There is also a range of plug and play DC/DC converters that are specifically designed for the railway industry. These have a wide input voltage range and can start up in cold climates as low as -40℃.
As standard Autronic include an internal chip with customer serial number to make sure you can track every device we supply.
If you need a more bespoke solution, our team of engineers will work with you to design and develop a power solution that meets your specific requirements. Autronic have a long history of developing customised power solutions for some of the world’s leading rail operators.
